1、General Description
　　　These tables are compactly designed and sturdily constructed and may be raised or lowered hydraulically by means of an oil pump. They are suitable for surgical procedures of the head,
neck,thorax, abdomen, perineum and extremities as well as for gynaecological, obstetrical, urological and otorhino-laryngological operations. Various positions can be quickly and safely adjusted.
　　　The controlling devices, hand wheels and crank handles are mounted on both sides of the table. Various positions of the table can be controlled from either side.
　　　The outer hulls of the model r are stainless steel.

3、Controlling Devices Of Model 3001B Side Controlled Table
　　1、Hand Wheel(4) and Hand wheel (2) are mounted on the left side and the right side of the table for adjusting the back section and the leg section respectively from either side of the table.
　　2、On the right side of the table, Crank Handle (1) is used for lateral tilt in left or right direction, and Crank Handle (3) is employed for adjustment of the kidney bridge.
　　3、Crank Handle (5) located on the right side of the table, is used to control Trendelenburg and reversed Trendelenburg positions.It is detachable and can be mounted on the left side .
　　4、Both the ascending and descending movements of the table top are controlled by the oil pump. When the products leave the factory, the oil in the oil pump has been pumped into the pail , so the oil pump can not ascend. The consumers must loosen the cover of the filling aperture at  the top of the oil pump and try to use the oil in the pail to refill the oil pump through the filling
　　aperture slowly. By pressing down Pedal(6) repeatedly, the table top will elevate and stop automatically when the maximum height is reached. When the pedal is pressed down to its limit, the table top will begin to descend slowly and gently. Attention: Please infuse all the oil of barrel. Otherwise, the phenomenon that the tabletop cann’t be reached the maximum height may happen.
　　5、Movement and fixation of the base:  By loosening Handle (7) of the base clockwise, the table can move, on the contrary, it can be stabilized. Attention : Do not loosen or tighten a handle, otherwise, the phenomenon that the base is not stable may happen.

5、Cleaning, Disinfection And Sterilization
　　1、Washing the operating table with water is prohibited.
　　2、Clean operating table with a soft cloth, sponge, wet cloth or detergent. Not use a hard brush, steel wire brush, decontamination powder, paint, ether, bananas water, acid-base solution to any surface.
　　3、Mattress must be disinfection with alcohol, ether, ultraviolet disinfection and so on (abandoning high-temperature disinfection).

7、Cautions
　　1. The head-rest adjustment is adopted by a strict teeth lock. If the position of the head-rest needs adjusting, the teeth lock pole must be first separated and adjusted to suitable positions, the got loose. Otherwise it is easily damaged.
　　2. The kidney bridge should be kept on the lowest position, before assemble of the folding back to protect the waist panel.
　　3. Lubricating oil should be added to every active part , so that the bed can be operated easily and prolong their life. Smear Vaseline over the tracks of the accessories on each side of the bed and the racks under the table , thus preventing it from being rusty.
　　4. Before putting into use, all attachments should be checked to see if they are locked securely so as to prevent them from loosing or sliding off while used.
　　5. As the bed has many parts, keep all the accessories in good order.
　　6. After operating every time, clean the dirt on the bed, keep the bed and accessories clean and prolong their life.
　　7. The ground must be kept dry. While the floor is washed and scrubed, please try not to make water spill into the plate or on the rotated wheels, thus preventing it from being rusty.
　　8. It must be repaired and kept clean regularly, once every year
　　9. In the clinical use, the lateral lean angle of the operating table is bigger than 8 degrees (the standard is equal or bigger than 20 degrees), the user should think the possibility that the patient falls from the table top, and selects a body frame and body belt and so on to ensure the use safety.
　　10. The service life for model 3001B is nine years. If it is used in expired period, it maybe led to wearing and corrosion of some mechanical parts, and had a negative influence upon the mechanical intensity. The patients maybe suffered. So the operating table should be used in the regular maintenance and during safety using period.
　　11. The replacement parts during operating table normal using period, has been confirmed scrapped (unable to use), should be handled according to the classification (recyclable and non-recovery).
　　12. The safe working load of operating table is 135kg.

　　　This device in package should be stored indoor with a relative humidity less than 80%, no erosive air and good ventilation is required. No side-sloping.
It can be shipped in regular transportation without crash, oscillation, rain or direct sunlight.
